REINFORCED CONCRETE PIPE WITH LINING (WATERPROOF)

  • Product configuration:

    Lined reinforced concrete pipes have the lowest hydraulic resistance among all alternative materials, which ensures the minimum angle of the collectors arrangement, allowing to save on the increasing pump stations construction. The flow rate is increased to prevent flooding. The anchoring sheet has a minimum abrasive wear rate, which allows using the lined pipes in dual-purpose collectors (storm and sewage).

  • Application:

    Use of a reinforced concrete pipe with lining for moving fuel and other liquids of technical purposes, such as gasoline, chemicals, etc. The safety requirements for such transportation are much higher than for water, therefore, a lining is used on the inside of the pipe, which protects the drain from chemical attack and levels the resulting stress.

    One of the significant indicators is significant saving, which is achieved through a combination of high strength properties of reinforced concrete products and a lining layer, which provides absolute waterproofing and the highest level of chemical protection.

  • For your information:

    Reinforced concrete collectors without lining have a service life of up to 50 years. The service life of the collector lined according to the technology has a service life of at least 100 years. Subject to some work for restoration of the waterproofing layer, the service life can be increased twice.

CLASSIFICATION, BASIC PARAMETERS AND DIMENSIONS

TS - cylindrical bell-shaped with a stop collar or stepped surface of the sleeve end pipes and butt joints, sealed with rubber rings or other elastomeric materials;

Reinforced concrete pipes have conventional and graphic designations, for example:

TS 80.25-4 Px GOST 6482-2011, where TS - means the type of pipe, "80" – is the inner diameter in centimeters; "25" is the length of the pipe in decimeters; "4" means the load class; "P" - reduced permeability of concrete to aggressive environment, "x" - chemically resistant indicator of the internal protective coating.

ADVANTAGES OF NON-PRESSURE REINFORCED CONCRETE PIPES WITH PROTECTIVE LINING, MANUFACTURED ACCORDING TO GOST 6482-2011

  • operational reliability conditioned by the rigidity of the pipes annular section, which allows to lay them on soil foundations with a filling height (above the top of the pipe) up to 10 m;
  • optimal material consumption of reinforced concrete and its resistance to external loads when using pipes of the appropriate group in terms of bearing capacity;
  • local and general stability in the composition of the pipeline in comparison with plastic pipes;
  • high resistance to uplift (due to its own weight) at the high level or temporary rise of groundwater;
  • resistance to high and low temperatures, non-flammability;
  • high durability - more than 100 years (most of the sewage collectors made of reinforced concrete non-pressure pipes, built in the early 60s of the last century, are still normally operated);
  • ease of installation and relatively low price of pipes manufacture from the local materials, including those using efficient vibrocompression or casting technologies;
  • increased throughput (coefficient of hydraulic friction as in polyethylene pipes) and invariability of the pipes annular section;
  • corrosion resistance of the material which the protective lining is made of (low pressure polyethylene (PEHD), made in the form of sheets);
  • smooth dirt-repellent inner surface of polyethylene prevents from bottom sediments formation;
  • high wear resistance;
  • high strength of the lining and reliability of its mechanical fixing in concrete due to use of discrete anchor elements of the V-LOCK type;
  • complete impermeability of pipes for both wastewater and groundwater (anchor elements of the lining ensure perception of the infiltration hydrostatic pressure between the concrete and the lining of at least 0.3 MPa).
